  • How does EVOX Images pricing model work?

    EVOX has vehicle stock photos that are sold on a per image basis. The terms for licensed images vary based on the number of dealer locations. EVOX Images also licenses images to portals for prices that are based on the number of unique visitors per month who view the images. EVOX Images vehicle stock photos can also be licensed for use in apps with licensing cost based on monthly mobile uses of the app.

  • What sort of support does EVOX Images offer for its image and video library?

    EVOX offers an onboarding session to train clients on navigating the library, and understanding the file server ecosystem.

  • What is needed to set up and use the EVOX Images library of vehicle stock photos through an API?

    All that is required is a developer and a computer with access to the internet . Implementation can begin immediately upon receipt of the API. The time it takes is dependent on the scope of the project, but within minutes of receiving an active API key our client’s developers can begin testing call directly in websites or applications.

  • How long does it take to train staff to use the API? 

    It depends on the client. Many have begun making calls within minutes of receiving the key, but some do take longer. EVOX provides thorough documentation to help clients implement an API.

  • What types of vehicle stock photos can be customized?

    Splash images of vehicles can be composited with a custom background. Custom backgrounds can be added to vehicle spins and panoramas, but it is custom work with prices and turn around times on a case by case basis.

    Turnaround time depends on the level of complexity, what angle is used, and if shadow work and the use of different alpha channels is needed.

  • What type of support do you offer clients with graphic designers on staff?

    We offer technical support to clients when it is needed. However, it is not a stand alone service.

  • What type of ongoing support do you provide for your apps?

    The RelayCars app is updated on a regular basis to ensure the best quality and coverage for clients. We provide onboarding to answer any client questions.

  • What customization options are available for EVOX’s virtual reality and augmented reality apps?

    EVOX Images offers a white label customization that allows the client to pick and choose the vehicles they prefer to show in the app, choose the background environment, and place logos, imagery, and videos on the app. EVOX also offers full customization options based on client request as a build-to-order route.

  • How long does it take to customize an app for a customer?

    If the client chooses the white label route for the existing app then typically this can be completed within one week. Turn around time for build-to-order applications vary by the scope of the work.
